ALTOIR VENDU

the ALTOIR VENDUE is a unique piece made for charity. The starting point was to transform a chair of the Stock of the auction house Venduehuis der Notarissen in the Hague on invitation of Mariska van der Burgt of Stichting Zetel and Tim Erpenbeek de Wolff of Venduehuis. I selected a pretty outspoken chair. This called for an outspoken transformation and an outspoken charity to support: ICEERS. The name Altoir Vendu was logical…it is a dressoir but getting dressed is for some an almost sacred business which calls for an altar…
